The iLab 475 allows real time/on site varnish potential testing when used in combination with a patch test kit.  This lightweight, palm-sized spectrophotometer allows you to conveniently take color measurements of surfaces. Our StealthEHC system blankets your reservoir headspace with super-dry, clean air.  A low pressure air purge in the headspace accomplishes two important tasks simultaneously.  It extracts moisture from the fluid while excluding other contaminants from getting into the system. Our Stat-Free Filters increase the effective filtration area and lowers fluid pressure to reduce the amount of static charge generated.  They eliminate spark discharge in the filter and conduct charge out of the oil to ground. The UltiDri® TLC continues to keep your fluid clean and dry under the most extreme conditions, utilizing Porous Media’s patented UltiDri® technology. The UltiDri® TLC removes free, emulsified and dissolved water, and is the first system in the world to also remove both hard and soft contaminants.
